Kardinal Offishall in the Studio

Little taste of what's been shakin' at the studio lately.  Last night Kardinal Offishall and his crew shot a portion of his and Nottz Raw's forthcoming album "A.M.T.I.M" (Allow Me to introduce Myself). The project is due to drop on February 29th.  

We had such a blast and Kardi created a new cocktail for us "The TA2".  Awe shucks isn't that nice.  We love you too Kardi! 

So, keep your eyes open and turn your headphones up!

Goodwin vs. Badwin - Episode # 1 "Premature Evacuation"

We have had the pleasure of working with team over at Style5.tv on a series of animated shorts and are thrilled to announce the launch of the very first episode of Goodwin vs. Badwin "Premature Evacuation"!  The short features the fetal shenanigans between an innocent infant and fiesty twin who are evicted from the fetus fort they call home.  It's wickedly funny and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The short follows the relationships between our everyday decisions and how they impact the world.

It's a great positive message for the youth of today illustrating that their opinions are important and that they shouldn't be afraid to voice them.

John Lennon’s Spirit Still Soars

Take a moment to remember one of the great musicians and songwriters of our time.  

On this day in 1980, John Winston Lennon's life sadly ended.  There was no funeral but Yoko Ono released this statement:

"...John loved and prayed for the human race.  Please do the same for him. Love, Yoko and Sean."

Instead of a funeral, ten minutes of silence was observed worldwide on the following Sunday after his death.  

Whether you take a moment and say a prayer or crank your favourite Beatles tune, be thankful for your loved ones and hold tight to the memories you value dearly.

ParaNorman Movie Trailer 2012

ParaNorman, from Laika, the same studio that did "Coraline", is a stop-motion animation 3D adventure
about a misunderstood boy who can speak with the dead, takes on zombies and moronic grown-ups to save his town from a centuries-old curse.

The movie opens August 17th, 2012 and it's sure to be "killer".

When Derek approached us to do the audio post production on this we were more then happy to jump on board.  It was a really inspiring and fun project to work on.

Zounds! Doug & Serge Doth Win Silver at ADCC Awards

Our hearts dost soar from the tidings of Doug & Serge's silver gleam'd triumph this evening last at the ADCC Awards for their sublime Radio Campaign for AGO's Drama & Desire.  Many huzzahs burst forth for esteemed Creative Director Ian Schwey, genius touch'd scrivener Jason Buback, and oafish TA2 Director Drew Frohmann.

G(irls)20 Summit Video - "Raise Your Voice"

"Raise Your Voice" was written and created by the wonderful folks at Bensimon Byrne.  We had the pleasure of composing an inspirational orchestral score to compliment the visual narrative.

The video was shown and created for the G(irls)20 Summit in Paris, France.
What's the G(irls)20 Summit you ask? Well, the Summit brings together one delegate from each G20 country plus a representative from the chair country of the African Union.  Delegates debate, discuss and design innovative ideas necessary to empower girls and women globally.  While the agenda is the same as the G20 leaders and focusses on economic innovation - the participants are all girls, aged 18-20.

We're very proud to have been a part of such a special and influential project.
