Blues in D

"Blues in D" started as Dylan and Cody Ellis on lead guitars, Tura Cousins-Wilson on drums and Ben McPhee rocking the vocals, bass and rhythm guitar.

On June 13th, 2008, the band suffered a terrible loss.  Dylan Ellis and Oliver Martin were gunned down in their vehicle while idling at Richmond and Walnut St. in Toronto.  After such a tragic event the band changed their name from "The BDC Blues Band" to "Blues in D" in honour of their former friend and band member.  The band now consists of Cody Ellis, Jeff Bader, Andrei Zagorevski, Tura Cousins-Wilson, and Ben McPhee.

Their recent EP "Leaving Houston was produced, mixed and engineered by Dan Horton here at Tattoo.
It showcases their raw, passionate and bluesy roots.

Check out their songs here.

Reema Major & Entertainment Tonight

Reema Major is blowing up!

16 year old, Reema Major came by our studio with her management team at G7 Records (Manufactured and Distributed by Universal Music Canada, a Division of UMG) to lay down some tracks.

Entertainment Tonight was present filming portions of the session as well as interviewing Reema.

Here's some of the shots of the day and her interview in our studio that aired on Entertainment Tonight this past Thursday.

She is clearly one talented and integrated female in the hip hop community.
